Subscription or purchase issue?
Premium is billed through Apple. Confirm you are signed into the purchasing Apple ID, use Restore Purchases where available, and manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple ID subscription settings.
Scan result looks wrong?
Try clearer lighting, a clean background, sharp focus, and unobstructed photos of both sides. Worn, damaged, reflective, toned, counterfeit, or unusual coins can reduce AI accuracy.

The App provides collector-oriented estimates only. For official grading, authentication, attribution, or appraisal, use a qualified numismatic professional or recognized grading service.
